There is no charge to enter the Scotland’s Champions Awards.

You may enter as many categories as you wish, but you must complete a separate submission for each category.

Once you have submitted your entry you will receive an email confirming that we have received your nomination.

Entries can only be accepted from individuals, groups or teams who are from or located within Scotland.

All information provided in the entry form is strictly confidential and only for use in the judging process and viewed by the judging panel.

Entries will close at 5pm on XXX July 2022. If entries are submitted after this deadline they may not be included in the entries put forward to the judges.

We may need to contact you or the organisation to seek further information in order to progress with your entry. Please provide accurate email addresses and mobile telephone numbers for this purpose and respond as quickly as you can if contacted.

The judging will take place on XX July 2022. We will make contact with those who have been shortlisted as finalists around 1 week before the judging session takes place. The judges will then select their winner at the judging session. The shortlist will be published in the Daily Record or Sunday Mail and dailyrecord.co.uk.

A distinguished panel of experts will meet to choose the winners. Each nomination is assessed by the panel against set criteria.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place on Saturday 17th September 2022 at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glasgow Central.

The dress code is black tie/Highland dress.

Please email the event manager who will send you details of any negotiated rates with local hotels.

We always try to accommodate special dietary requirements and request this information in advance of the awards event. You can do this via the website when booking your tickets/tables. Once logged into your account, you will see dietary requirements in the booking section under each guest’s personal details. If you need advice or help with this, or would like to discuss any specific details please contact the event manager. Please note that all special dietary requirements must be arranged in advance.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glasgow Central is fully accessible for the awards ceremony and dinner. Please tell the event manager your access needs and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Car parking is chargeable at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Glasgow Central.

There will be a table plan on display in the drinks reception area when you arrive. Your name and table number will be displayed on the plan. A member of the events team will be on hand to help you find your seat.
